Bon Appetit

Bon Appetit is a food publication founded in 1956 that has recently gained online popularity via their youtube channel featuring the Bon Appetit Test Kitchen. In June 2020, Bon Appetit's then Editor-in-Chief Adam Rappaport was exposed for cultivating and encouraging an awful work environment for people of color. Many employees of color weren’t being paid for their work, were being ignored, pushed to the side, etc. This campaign is made to supplement the structural changes that are already taking place. The goal is to ensure that the public has not fully written off or forgotten about Bon Appetit as they sift through the rubble of their brand in an attempt to build something brand new.
